Update 5/11: The run is a go and even looks like mother nature will play nicely with us!
This year's Go Topless Day will be held on May 14th, 2016! It's a day of celebrating Jeep love, Jeep spirit, and the sense of fun & adventure that comes with owning a Jeep (note: you do not have to have a jeep or take to top off to join us on this run).
We will meet at the Sandia Ranger Station and leave promptly at 9:00am. It is an easy run suitable for stock 4X4 vehicles. Bring water and a lunch and as always be ready for NM's weather! Have a full tank of gas, no stations where we are going and about a 120 mi trip from Central and Tramway in Albuquerque to Rio Communities in Belen. We will plan on being in Los Lunas around 4:00 pm leaving time to stop and pick up a pot luck dish (how many potato/pasta salads do you want Jack?) and make it over to the club meeting by 5:00.
For folks who live south of Albuquerque we can meet in the village of Manzano in front of the community center at about 10:00 am just let me know that's the plan.
