Drive Train

  • Cummins 6CTA8.3 504 cubic inches (8.3 L) turbocharged inline 6 cylinder diesel engine developing 240 horsepower (180 kW) at 2100 rpm and 745 pound force-feet (1,010 N⋅m) torque at 1,500 rpm.  Fuel screw turned up.
  • Alison MT654CR 5-speed automatic and 2-speed transfer case
  • Rockwell Double-Reduction axles with 6:44 gears
  • All 6 tires are 22 ply (16.00R20) with double beadlocks (53" tall and each assembly weighs about 500#)

 

Body and Suspension

  • Factory Hardtop
  • Bed moved forward 7 inches, shorted 6ft, and lifted 3" to clear the larger tires. Stairs added behind behind rear tires for easy bed access.
  • Back of truck modified to include civilian 5 wheel hitch, 2.5" goose neck receiver, and 2" Class III receiver

Extra Equipment

  • Back up camera
  • 24 volt to 12 volt converter and trailer adapter
  • EGT and Boost gauges

Interior Modifications

  • Bare Bones.  Windshields fold open for extra AC
