NM 4-Wheelers,
Hi, this is Nikki, the assistant manager at 4 Wheel Parts in Albuquerque. I want to extend an invitation to NM4W to set up a booth to gain new members during our Madness in March Sale, March 10th! Our events seem to be getting bigger each year. We usually have a food vendor, music, games, and customer activity to win prizes.
For this March sale, we're hosting a show and shine rig show and a canine adopt-a-thon! So far it looks like we'll be working with NMDog to provide adoptive dogs and Pop Fizz as our food vendor. Mark's Casa is also going to display their new Jeep JL. We'll also have a booth from the Offroad Emergency Response Network.
All that is needed from NM4W is a pop-up tent, table, personnel to man your booth and sign up new members, any literature or banners you would like to display, 2 volunteers to help us with the frito pie buffet, and one person to help coordinate the event. Optional - If you would like to help raise money for NMDog, we can raffle off a free membership. I'm sure NMDog would be extremely grateful!
I attached last year's flyer for additional information. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact either Ross Burchard or myself. I would like to lock in your vendor space by end of this month, and I will need your logo for our flyers.
