We had a great day trekking from Abiquiu to Gilman tunnels today.
we climbed rocks and ruts, over branches and cattle guards, through dusty roads and rain and hail.
we got behind pregnant cows with calves that just wouldn't budge. They scowled at us as if we ruined their day. We did have a motion and vote to make them honorary NM4Wheeler members for the day. The motion passed!
It was my honor and pleasure to lead today's ride- thank you to Anthony Waever and Allison Martinez for tailgunning!
