7 rigs went exploring in the western Jemez Mountains on a beautiful winter day! We met at Allsup's in Cuba, had a brief driver's meeting, and headed for the turnoff to FR 126, towards San Gregorio Reservoir. We found a lovely meadow to air down and then started running into snow and mud right away. We found "Peter" several times on little roads we took, found a trail with four massive trees down which we need to go back and clear, and eventually found ourselves on a fun mine road winding through meadows and woods. It was a lovely, relaxing day!
